These policies are designed to establish clear standards that will help make the learning process orderly, fair, and effective. They will help us to:

  • Organizing the class: They define schedules, attendance, and punctuality.

  • Create commitment: students know what is expected of them (participation, tasks, respect).

  • Avoid conflicts: They set clear rules about payments, cancellations, or class rescheduling.

  • Guarantee quality: They ensure that everyone receives consistent and professional instruction.

  • Promoting respect: They foster a suitable environment between teachers and students.

In summary, the following policies will help both the teacher and the student to have clear expectations, which improves the learning experience.

Policies

  1. Lis ile İspanyolca educates its students according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR).

  2. All educational materials (books, exercises, practice materials, videos, etc.) are provided virtually and free of charge.

  3. Language classes are taught virtually (live) via Zoom, with each session lasting 50 minutes. Classes can be individual or group-based, depending on the chosen plan.

  4. Before starting, students can take a placement test to determine their appropriate level. Placement will depend on the student's commitment, practice, and attendance.

  5. Lis ile İspanyolca will record all live classes.

  6. Group classes are limited to a maximum of 8 students.

  7. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer and/or cash deposit (as instructed by the sales staff after prior coordination via the number listed on the website). Your class reservation is only confirmed once payment is received.

  8. Lis ile İspanyolca is not responsible if you deposit money into an account other than ours.

  9. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the class will be considered taken and will not be rescheduled.

  10. If the student does not attend the class at the agreed-upon time, the class will be considered taken and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  11. The instructor will wait a maximum of 10-15 minutes. This time cannot be made up.

  12. No refunds will be issued once the course or package has started, except in the case of cancellation by the instructor.

  13. Student Responsibilities
    The student must:
    * Have a good internet connection.
    * Have access to the agreed-upon platform.
    * Participate actively in class.
    * Respect the instructor and classmates.

  14. Instructor Responsibilities
    The instructor agrees to:
    * Teach the class on time.
    * Prepare the appropriate materials.
    * Guide language learning in a structured manner.
    * Monitor progress consistently.

  15. Study materials will be provided by the instructor (when applicable). Assigned tasks are a fundamental part of the student's learning process.

  16. Recording, distributing, or reproducing classes or materials without prior authorization is prohibited.

  17. By making the payment, the student confirms that they have read and agree to the policies described.

Promotions Policy:


The promotions offered aim to provide special opportunities to new and current students. To ensure transparency and organization, the following conditions apply:

  1. Limited Validity
    All promotions have a specific start and end date. They will not be applied outside the established period.

  2. Personal and Non-Transferable Use
    Promotions are valid only for the individual who purchases them and cannot be transferred to third parties.

  3. Not cumulative
    Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or packages.

  4. Advance payment
    To access any promotion, payment must be made in advance within the indicated timeframe.

  5. Non-refundable
    Promotions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  6. Rescheduling
    Classes purchased as part of a promotion can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, the class will be considered taken.

  7. Package duration
    Promotional packages must be used within the stipulated time (e.g., 1 month). Classes not used within this period will not be refunded.

  8. Changes to promotions
    We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time, always respecting the terms and conditions of those who have already purchased them.
